Cherry Picker VII, King’s College Chapel Cambridge

While up in the cherry picker waiting for the sun to rise at King’s College Chapel Cambridge, I jumped for joy when one of the builders walked down the central aisle of the antechapel. He provides the perfect earthly human balance to the loftiness of the fan vaulted ceiling. This is one of the most popular images. Architecture Master Prize Winner in Historic Interior Photography (2022). Shortlisted for the International Photo Awards (2020).
