Processing
Everything is made to order, so takes a few days to process on my end. Usually, the product will be posted within three working days. If you’re concerned about timing, please get in touch before purchasing.
Shipping
If you’ve selected to collect locally, then you’ll be notified when the order is ready.
If you’ve selected for the items to be posted, it will be standard posting times from the UK to your location. Within the UK, it will usually be 1-2 days. EU is 1-4 days. Rest of world is a bit longer.
If something is wrong…
If anything is wrong, then write within 7 days of receipt of your order. We will endeavour to correct whatever needs attention. Full returns will be made on evidence of a defective product. Exchanges allowed in rare circumstances, customer pays any shipping charges.
