Library, Churchill College Cambridge

The library at Churchill College Cambridge is divided into the Wolfson, Bracken, and Bevin rooms, plus the Churchill Archive Centre. One area of great interest was the curved staircase constructed out of standard bricks, and another was the amazing wood textures captured in the concrete. The Churchill Archive Centre itself contains a large collection of Winston Churchill’s books, many carefully preserved in a low-oxygen environment.

This photographic collection of the library at Churchill College Cambridge was photographed in 2017-18 and contains 51 images, a small selection of which are shown below and available as giclee prints in many sizes.

Created and presented with thanks to the librarians and by kind permission of the Master and Fellows of the College. Click here to learn more about the library.
